Selection Tip: Choose local tomatoes that have rich colors. Look for plump, firm fruit while avoiding any with wrinkles, bruises or soft spots.
Storage Tip: Do not refrigerate. We recommend storing in a cool, dry place with other tomatoes.
Cooking Tip: We recommend avoiding the use of aluminum cookware as the high acid of the tomatoes may interact with the metal of the cookware.
